After doing a little research about our city, I discovered this great park. It is an
understatement when I say I was excited to find out it is only four blocks from our home. Teasing, I have told my friends and family, "if you can't find me the rest of the summer, I am at the park."
Together, Jeff, Jack and I spend the morning at the Park. I saved some bread for the ducks and geese. There were literally hundreds of birds. When they saw us coming up to the pond, they jumped out of the water and came running towards us. Jack just adored watching us feed the ducks and geese. He kicked his legs , smiled, and made "happy" noises in excitement!
And Jeff wasn't afraid to feed them by hand. We all
thoroughly enjoyed it!
The geese came a'runnin too! Right up to the fence.
I love to take pictures! Someday I would enjoy taking a photography class (even if it is only a community class for a couple weeks).
